What is the size of the tumbler?
Our personalized tumblers are 12 oz, 14 oz, and 20 oz the perfect size for kids and teens to carry their drinks on the go!
How do I personalize my child/ren tumbler?
Simply enter your child’s or loved one’s name you’d like engraved on the tumbler in the personalization box when placing your order this is “Optional”. Double-check the spelling to ensure accuracy! Then at the next drop down select a “Font” for your child’s or teen’s name this is “Optional”. Also at the next drop down select the “Design Number” to be engraved on the child’s tumblers this is Required. “For photo tumblers” Upload One Clear photo of your child or loved one to be engraved on the tumbler.
Can I choose a design that you Do Not offer for my child/ren tumbler?
If you have a custom design in mind that we do not offer, feel free to ask us about it. However, whether we can accept your design depends on what it is. We do not allow graphic or violent designs, horror film images, famous cartoon or video game characters, or sports team logos due to copyright infringement laws.

Can I order multiple tumblers with different names?
Yes! You can order multiple tumblers with different names. Just add each tumbler to your cart separately and provide the correct personalization for each.

How long will it take to receive my child/ren personalized tumbler?
Our personalized tumblers are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times vary based on location “Within the United States”, but most orders arrive within 5 business days when shipped. We use USPS Ground Advantage Shipping Service. We also offer FREE SHIPPING to our customers.
What if there's a mistake on my child/ren tumbler?
We carefully personalize each tumbler, but if there’s an error on our part, please “Chat with us” or Text Us (404-590-4336) during our business hours. It is required that you email us the photo of your tumbler for proof, and you will have 2 choices, Choice #1 we can create you another personalized tumbler, “Shipping Cost will be on us” or Choice #2 you can keep the tumbler and we can offer you a full refund.
What is your return or refund policy?
Because each tumbler is custom-made, we Do Not accept returns or exchanges. However, if we made a mistake with your tumbler, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.
If a replacement is needed, we’ll cover the return shipping cost for you.
Does an invoice come with my package?
Yes! Every order includes an invoice with your package. If you need an additional copy, you can find it in your order confirmation email or contact us for assistance.
