Our personalized tumblers are 12 oz, 14 oz, 20 oz, and 30 oz the perfect size for toddlers, kids, teens, and adults to carry their drinks on the go!
How do I personalize my child/ren tumbler and lunch bag?
Simply enter your child’s or loved one’s name you’d like engraved on the tumbler and lunch bag in the personalization box when placing your order this is “Optional”. Double-check the spelling to ensure accuracy! Next select a “Font” for your child’s or adult’s name this is “Optional”. Next you will choose a background color or a design to be engraved on the tumbler and lunch bag, this is Required. “For photo tumblers and lunch bags” Upload 1 Clear photo or Up To 5 Clear photos for your tumbler and lunch bag.
Can I provide my own design for a child or adult tumbler and lunch bag?

What is your return or refund policy?

Because each tumbler and lunch bag is custom-made, we Do Not accept returns or exchanges. However, if we made a mistake with your tumbler or lunch bag, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.
If a replacement is needed, we’ll cover the return shipping cost for you.
Does an invoice come with my package?
Yes! Every order includes an invoice with your package. If you need an additional copy, you can find it in your order confirmation email or contact us for assistance.
